Christine maintains a business and bankruptcy practice. She assists closely-held businesses in entity formation, contract review and litigation. With respect to bankruptcy, Christine provides analysis and advice regarding creditor claims and rights. She represents creditors in filing claims, contesting discharges and adversary proceedings. Christine has also represented parties in complex litigation and appeal in the areas of bankruptcy, contracts, real estate, product liability and professional malpractice. She is on the defense panel for the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund. Prior to forming
